This program is based on the martial arts principles of Sanda, a Chinese Military style. It has become world-renowned for it’s evasive movements, counters, kick catches, and awareness. We practice proper form, use pads, increase flexibility and challenge the cardiovascular system.

Teen Strength

Teens need strength to correct their posture and to properly control their biomechanics to avoid injuries. We teach the kids to properly use their bodies and develop strength in a safe and effective way.
