About True Balance Studio

True Balance Studio…

Ali opened it’s doors in 2007 as studio apartment, dogs sleeping on the couch with the cardio equipment behind them. There was a designated training space in the back and a loft upstairs where she slept. After Ali began to have children the studio needed to evolve. Then she moved out, began to build her team, added classes, group training and open gym. The location changed a few times, each time growing and building an encouraging team and amazing client base.

Ali loves the small studio feel because she doesn’t want anyone to get injured and form is especially important. So even if Ali is on the other side of the room, engaged in other activities, she will come over or encourage her team, to come over and correct your form.

It wasn’t until after COVID that Ali realized the importance of community and the studio was not just a small gym it was a safe place to build a community that encourages each other and shares the common interest of wanting to be healthy.
