Private Training is provided for more specialized needs which, require undivided attention.  We offer both virtual and in-person settings.

Personal training always begins with a private consultation to discuss your medical history, exercise history, and goals. We would determine a plan, including schedules for the initial InBody™ measurement appointment and workout regimen.  We have many different options from hour, 45 minute to 30 minute sessions. Our packages range from 3-24 sessions. We also offer a monthly payment option, if that is more convenient for you. It is important that we customize the best package for you, which may include classes, group training, and/or open gym to be included with private sessions. Every body is different and needs something different to work in their lifestyle, so we like to make sure we have all the options available.
