Irish Dance For Beginners Students will be introduced to the basics of Irish Dance where they will learn to count with the music, basic foot positions, proper technique, seven's, three's, and drills. Students will learn beginner Reel and Light Jig in soft shoe.

Intro to Ballet These classes will introduce younger students to basic ballet vocabulary and technique in a structured yet fun setting. Simple coordination, musicality, rhythm and concentration will be emphasized. Students are encouraged to explore space and enjoy dancing.

SoulBody Barre is a one hour, mindfully intense class with a seamless flow that incorporates both dynamic and isometric movements that work deep into the muscles. Pulling from the principals of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, intense power of dance and the body sculpting benefits of traditional interval strength training, we strive to have every person who walks through our studio door feel inspired and empowered to transform their body to its fullest potential.

SoulBody Barre “Unhitched” Uses opposition in the body as well as isometric push and pulls on the Body Bar  to work deeper into the muscles, creating a more defined body with better balance and posture. Pulling from the principals of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, the grace of dance and the body sculpting benefits of traditional interval strength training SoulBody Barre “Unhitched” helps develop dynamic strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and coordination.

SoulBody Power is a 30 minute cardio blast that combines HIIT blocks with body-toning BARRE exercises to create that “perfect burn”! Think Bootcamp meets BARRE! Get a full-body work-out that keeps the heart pumping while strengthening and toning muscles and building a strong core. No props for this class…just your mind, body and soul!
