I have been a client of Ali's at True Balance Studio for 3 years. During the past few years my physical health has improved tremendously.  Through the combination of strength training, Pilates and Ali's expertise I have continued to gain strength and towork on correcting muscle imbalances to recover from injuries, help prevent future ones and enjoy a better quality of life overall.

In 2009, I discovered Pilates as a way to recover from a chronic back injury I sustained from participation in high school sports.   I was amazed at the improvements I experienced. Through Pilates I gained strength, mobility, control and improved my posture. I felt compelled to share this wonderful practice with others. In the summer of 2015 I began training to become an instructor.  I completed the Mat 1 and Mat 2 instructor training through Balanced Body Pilates. I have been teaching for a year at True Balance Studio andI truly love it!

My goal is to have each student feel safe, empowered, and inspired. Classes are for all fitness levels and are focused on developing core stability, strength and control.
